Firefox 4 is starting to surface... even though Firefox 3 is still in beta. It has some neat features, like the ability to run web-based applications without being attached to the web. Read the whole thing here.

This might go hand-in-hand with Google's beta launch giving users the ability to edit documents offline using Google Docs. Microsoft is getting worried again.
